Colonial Music Room
This stylish and light filled room is given the ‘Raffles’ treatment by the careful selection of period style furniture, reminiscent of colonial style.
Oak flooring is complemented by the dark wood furniture.
Walnut stained plantation shutters create the right period feel within the room whilst allowing the passage of light to be fully controlled.
Baby grand Piano looks stunning in polished ebony and the canvas on the back wall reflects a major liking for all things ‘Rat Pack’. |
Jewellers
The starting point for this scheme was to work with what already existed within the showroom. We devised a scheme to expand the space visually and to create a timeless and classic appeal to best display the jewellery.
Dark wooden panelling was given a lighter feel by the application of a specialist painted finish in antique Ivory, further enhanced by gilt detail. This is complimented by the painted Blue/grey walls.

Subtle use of lighting and mirrors are used to create an ambient feel within the room, and the display cases are lined with a blue silk to best display the gold and silver items contained within.
Classical detail is introduced in the form of a cornice, which is painted to simulate carrara marble and the fireplace is painted with a trompe l’Oeil, containing witty references to the company.
Previously dark wood furniture is given a new look, by the application of a painted finish in dark green with gilt detail. |

Open Plan Apartment
Within this large open plan space, we have created a design scheme, which is multi functional, comfortable for everyday use and extremely stylish.
The overall feel draws upon the clients natural affinity for dark and earthy tones of colour and strong use of textures that are also inspired by the inherent architecture of the building itself, in the exposed brickwork, Strong cast iron and exposed timber beams.
The dining table and chairs sitting near the kitchen and bar area provides a strong focal point at one end of the room, whilst the leather sofa at the other, provides an extremely laid back and appealing area for relaxation, focused predominantly around the clients wishes for a large flat screen TV and sound system.
All the elements in the room are tied together by a traditional oak floor, and by the use of walnut stained shutters for the window dressings.
Attention to detail is given in rugs, bespoke occasional furniture, stylish light fittings and art works for the wall areas. |

Mediterranean Conservatory
The design scheme for this room is based upon a strong classical and ‘Mediterranean’ feel to provide a stylish room for sociable everyday use.
We have applied a textured plaster finish to the walls, followed by a colourwash in a warm ochre colour, to further enhance the ‘Med’ feel. Ceiling has been painted in a soft blue/ grey to complement wall colour.
Classical detail has been added by the use of a Roman style cornice and plaster corbels on the wall.
Travertine floor tiles incorporating under floor heating have been fitted throughout and the whole room has been given a contemporary twist with the addition of Italian leather furniture, contemporary glass occasional table and brushed chrome light fittings.
The painting was sourced by us and gives a strong focal point to the room. |
Period Drawing Room
The design scheme for this drawing room is based upon the client wishes for the room to accommodate an existing collection of artworks and furniture. We have suggested a scheme that draws inspiration from ‘period’ detail. Stylish panelling has been fitted up to the dado height, and has been specialist painted in ‘faux’ wood grain effect to give a strong architectural detail within the room.

Window dressings and newly upholstered window seats and soft furnishings in antique gold and terracotta, create a feeling of warmth and intimacy.
Plaster cornicing and plasterwork mouldings to the ceiling area, add further to the period definition and create areas for tonal use of paint colour.
New sofas upholstered in warm ochre damask, sit comfortably with existing antique furniture and a bold terracotta wall colour ties the scheme together. |
Show Apartment
Here, we have dressed a show apartment for sale within a development.
The overall look has been kept light and contemporary in feel with the use of light woods, cream leather, and strong design statements in the sofa, armchair and dining table furniture.
Accent details in lamps & cushions and rugs have been used to eye catching effect. |

Luppi Waterside Point
This project was undertaken with the brief to create a futuristic and contemporary space to replace the rather dated 80’s decor that existed previously.
We have installed a lighting system within the new ceiling that allows for a washed effect of light across the whole area. Pre set programming allows the client to completely change the colour of the ceiling at the flick of a switch, creating bright appealing lighting throughout the day, in pastel shades, to more dramatic colours into the evening should it be desired.
The walls have been plastered using the ancient technique of ‘Marmarino’, to create a marble like depth to the finish. Copper detail has been added in two bands around the room to give a unique design feature reflecting light.
Floors have been tiled in travertine flooring with red marble coping stones.
TV and sound system has been installed, creating cinema like acoustics.
Window dressings are in the form of hand painted roller blinds to an abstract design, which reflect the ever changing light of the landscape outside.
Specially lit art works have been commissioned in hand blown glass to create translucent effects to play upon the water surface.
To the rear of the room is a small office with bespoke desk and shelving.
