In 2003, Gules and Duncan decided to buy the run down, dilapidated house that became their biggest project to date and their current home. One they named: Kyrenia Cottage. This was a complete renovation, combined with a new build in the form of an extension to more than double the original footprint of the house.
It is the invaluable experience of renovating and building their home that informs all of their work subsequently and provides a stunning example of their talents for vision and interior transformation. It is also an ongoing labour of love.
