1. Initial consultation
Firstly we meet at your home or business, for an informal chat in order to exchange thoughts and ideas for Interior transformation. Subsequently, we will write to you with our outline design and budget proposals for the completed project.

2. Research and development
- Establish the ‘brief’
- Research and development of design ideas
- Planning & site surveys by relevant trades
- Specification for the whole project
- Guide price for the whole project
- Accompanied showroom visits where appropriate
- Presentation of scheme boards and samples for approval

Fee We conduct our work at this stage, on an hourly basis dependent upon individual project requirements.
We will give you a realistic cost estimate for our input. |
3. Budget
Subsequent to the completion of stage I we will give you an accurate guide for cost of the project as a whole.
prior to approval and commencement at the agreed time. This will be in the form of
- Fixed fee for Cleere Interior Design project management
- Quotations for professional trades involved.
4. Work in progress
- Full project management mode
- Implementation of the agreed scheme. Start to completion
5. Completion
- Clean and dress the room prior to handover

- Trade discounts are passed to you.
- As you will see, we charge a pre-agreed and fixed fee for our work, with no hidden commission on professional trades or materials.
This enables us to truly work on your behalf and make you considerable savings across any project with complete transparency.
- We agree with you a realistic and approved price for our involvement.
- Purchases made on your behalf will be payable directly by you with invoices being made out accordingly.
- Invoices payable upon presentation at appropriate stages.
